ٿکر ṭakkar H s. f. Shoving, pushing, push, shoul- dering, knocking against, collision, striking a blow, butt, butting, the knocking of head to head; equality. ٿکرپـﮩ‍اڙسي ليني ṭakkar pahāṛ se lenī, To enter the lists against an antagonist of greatly superiour force. ٿکر کهانا ṭakkar khā- nā, 1. To stumble. 2. To be dashed against any thing. 3. To meet with a loss or misfor- tune. ٿکر مارنا ṭakkar mārnā, 1. To knock against. 2. (met. from the suppliantsʼ striking their heads on the ground) To pray. 3. To curse.

ٿهمکي ṭhumkī H 1. adj. Lazy. 2. s. f. The playing of a paper kite to keep it up when the wind is light.

ٿنٿا ṭanṭā H s. m. Wrangling, altercation, squab- ble, strife.

ٿبهاو ṭibhāʼo H (from ٿبهانا) s. m. A small daily allowance. See ٿبهانا ṭibhānā.

ٿهانبنا ṭhāmbnā S̱. v. a. See تهامبهنا thambhnā.

ٿانگڙي ṭāngṛī H s. f. (dakh.) Leg, foot.

ٿٿيـﮩرا ṭaṭīhrā S̱. s. m. 1. (टिट्टिभ) A sand- piper (Tringa goensis). ٿٿيـﮩري سي آسمان تهاما جاٴيگا ṭaṭīhrī se āsmān thāmā jāʼegā? Will the sky be supported by the sandpiper? Applied to a person who undertakes an enterprise far above his strength. (This bird being said to sleep with its legs extended upwards, as if to prop the firmament). 2. A kind of rattle.

ٿـﮩٿـﮩـ ṭahṭah H s. m. Beauty, freshness or splendour, conspicuous at a distance.

ٿهپا ṭhappā H s. m. An instrument for stamping leather with, a die, a stamp.

ٿهٿهر ṭhiṭhir H or ṭhiṭhur, s. f. Numbness, numb- edness, chilliness.
