تونديل tond-ail S̱. (तुंदिल) adj. Potbellied, gorbellied, corpulent.

تجار tujjār A (plur. of تاجر used as a singular in Hind.) s. m. A merchant.

تڙپڙا taṛpaṛā H s. m. The noise of falling water.

تڙپڙي taṛpaṛī H s. f. Flutter, palpitation.

تشـﮩير tashhīr A (inf. ii. of شـﮩرت) s. f. Proclaiming, publishing, reciting in publick. 2. Marking a criminal, publick exposure (of a criminal, &c. by carrying him on an ass, &c. through the city). تشـﮩيرهونا tashhīr honā, To be publickly exposed (as a criminal) in the streets.

تڙانا tuṛānā S̱. (caus. of توڙنا) v. a. To cause to break.

تـﮩوار tihwār H s. m. See تيوهار teʼohār.

تار tār P s. m. f. 1. A thread. 2. A wire, the string of a musical instrument, a chord. 3. Darkness, obscurity. 4. The warp or threads placed lengthwise in weaving a piece of cloth. تارباندهنا tār bāndhnā, To continue or repeat an action without interruption. تارٿوٿنا tār ṭūṭnā, To be disjointed, to be separated. تارعنکبوت tār-i-aﻌnkabūt, Cobweb. تارکش tār-kash, s. m.
