ترقيم tarḳīm A (inf. ii. of رقم) s. f. Writing, noting. A. P. ترک turk, s. m. 1. A soldier. 2. A Musal- mān (properly, a Turk, which in Persian takes many other meanings. تسليم taslīm A (inf. ii. of سلم) s. f. 1. Delivery, consignment, cession, surrender, resignation. 2. Recommending to the care or protection of another. 3. Saluting most respectfully, homage, obeisance. 4. Health, security. (Plur. تسليمات taslīmāt). تسليمات بجالانا taslīmāt ba-jā lānā, To make obeisances. تسليم کرنا taslīm karnā, To resign, surrender, cede, commit, consign: to salute (most respectfully), to make obeisance, to homage, to do homage. تسليم هونا taslīm honā, To be resigned or committed.
