پودها paudhā H s. m. A young tree, plant, sap- ling.

پهرچا pharchā H s. m. 1. (for پهرچها) Clearing away or dispersion (of clouds or of a multitude of people); fair weather. 2. (from پهرچانا) De- cision, definitive sentence (of a judge).

پهوڙا phoṛā S̱. (see پهوڙنا) s. m. A bile, sore, abscess, imposthume.

پونچهار pūnchhār S̱. (from پونچهـ) adj. Tailed.

پوستي post-ī P (from پوست) s. m. 1. One who in- toxicates himself with infusion of poppy heads. 2. (met.) A lazy indolent person, a sot.

پکا pakkā पक्व S̱. adj. 1. Ripe, mature, matured. 2. Boiled, dressed (opposite to raw), cooked, baked (as bricks), made of brick. 3. Cunning, knowing, instructed, firm, strong, proved, expert. پکاکرنا pakkā karnā, To establish a claim, agree- ment, or proposition, so that no doubt or subject of dispute can remain.
