پرب parab H s. m. A gem, a flat diamond.

پنـﮩاري panhārī S̱. s. f. 1. (पानीयहारिणी) A woman who carries water on her head. 2. (पणहारिणी from पण Wager, promise, and r. हृ Take by force) A faithless person, a pro- mise-breaker.

پاڙا pāṛā H s. m. A quarter of a town, a ward.

Hump- backed. پشت دست کسي پرمارناياپشت پامارنا pusht-i-dast kisī par mārnā or pusht-i-pā mārnā, To reject, to abandon. پشت دينا pusht denā (lit. To turn oneʼs back) To flee, run away, turn tail.

پسلي paslī पार्श्व S̱. s. f. A rib, the præcordia. پسلي پهڙکني paslī phaṛaknī, A thrilling over the ribs, is applied to a perception of the condition of an absent person.

پڙوسن paṛosin S̱. (पार्श्विनी or प्रतिवेशिनी or प्रतिवासिनी) s. f. A female neighbour.

پربهت prabhutt भँप्रत्व S̱. s. m. (from प्रभु see پربهو) Government, supremacy, superiority, influence.

پٿيت paṭait S̱. (from پٿا) s. m. A cudgeller.
