پنياٴي punyāʼī S̱. (from पुण्य) s. f. 1. A vir- tuous action, performed (according to those who hold the doctrine of the metempsychosis) in one state of existence, the reward of which is received in a future transmigration. 2. Merit of an ancestor rewarded in his descendants.

پهندا phandā S̱. (r. पश Bind) s. m. 1. A noose, a net, a snare. 2. Perplexity, difficulty.
