بـﮩورنگي bahūrangī S̱. (बहु Much, many, and रंग Colour) adj. Various or variable (in co- lour), many coloured; changeable.

بيجک bījak S (वीजक) s. m. A ticket tied to goods or on bags to mark their contents, price, &c., a list, an invoice.

بل bal H s. m. 1. A coil, twist, crook, convolu- tion. 2. Side, direction. See h. بهل bhal. بلدار bal-dār, adj. Crooked, twisted, coiled, convo- luted. بل دينا bal denā, v. a. To twist. بل کهانا bal khānā, To be twisted.

برهمني brahman-ī S. s. f. See براهمني brāhmaṇ-ī.

بوٿ būṭ H s. m. A kind of pulse, chick-pea. (Ci- cer arietinum). ¶ boṭ (dakh.) s. See انگل.

بهٿاچارج bhaṭṭāchārj भट्टाचार्य S̱. s. m. The most learned of the learned.

باريابي bār-yāb-ī P s. f. Admittance at court or into company.

بکهي bikhai विषय S̱. s. m. 1. An object of sense, any thing perceivable by the senses, as colour, sound, odour, flavour and contact. 2. An affair, matter, &c.

برمها barmhā H n. prop. The people of Ava are so called. See also برهما brahmā.
