بنا bannā H v. n. 1. To be made, to be prepared, to be mended or adjusted. 2. To chime, to agree, to fall in with, to do, to answer, to serve, to be, to become, to avail, to counterfeit, to suc- ceed. 3. s. m. A bridegroom. بنابنايا banā banāyā, Finished, ready made, complete, entire, perfect. بناچنا banā chunā, Dressed, decked out, arranged. بناٿهنا bannā ṭhannā, To be fully adorned or prepared, to be decked out. بنارهنا banā rahnā, To remain waiting.

بيم bīm P s. m. Fear, terrour, dread, danger.

باوبتاس bāʼo-batās S̱. s. f. Possession by a demon or devil; misfortune, calamity. See آسيب āseb. S̱. H. باوبهک bāʼo-bhak, adj. A prattler, trifling talker, babbler. S̱. H. باوجهک bāʼo-jhak, adj. A prattler, trifling talker, babbler.

برهنگي barahna-gī P s. f. Nakedness.

بستگي basta-gī P s. f. Binding, contraction, constipation, concretion, congelation.

بيرون berūn P prep. Without, on the outside, out.

باني वाणी bānī S or vāṇī, s. f. Speech, voice, language; name of the goddess Saraswatī.

بچتي bachtī H (from بچنا) s. f. Residue, remain- der, surplus.
