بزن bi-zan P imper. of the verb زدن Strike. ¶ bazan, s. A harrow or instrument for levelling ploughed land.

باڙيا bāṛ-yā S̱. (from باڙ Edge) s. m. A whetter (of swords, knives, &c.).

بهربهرانا bharbharānā S̱. (r. भृ Fill) v. n. To swell and be glossy (particularly the face, as in fever).

بشاش bashshāsh A (from بشاشت) adj. superl. In good spirits, pleased, delighted, cheerful.

بانچهت bānchhit S (वांछित) part. Desired, wished, longed for.

باچها bāchhā वत्स S̱. s. m. A calf, or the young of any animal.

بهرپانا bhar pānā S̱. v. a. 1. To be paid, to receive the full amount. 2. (Met.) It is used when a person is disappointed; as, مين ني بهرپايا maiṅ ne bhar pāyā, I am paid.
