بيا bayā वयः S̱. s. m. 1. The name of the little bird that learns to fetch and carry, &c. and which the Hindūs teach to snatch the orna- mental patch or wafer from the forehead of their mistresses. (Loxia Indica). 2. An assizer.

بـﮩرنا bahurnā H v. n. To return, to come back.

بيکهـ beḳh वेष S̱. s. m. Decoration, dress. See بهيس bhes, and ويش vesh̤.

بابا bābā T s. m. Father, dad; sire! sir! child! باباجان bābā jān, Dear child!

برون birūṅ P adv. (contract. of بيرون) Without; the outside.

بلي ballī H s. f. A prop, a pole, a long pole or bamboo to steer or move a boat with. بلي مارنا ballī mārnā, To steer. ¶ billī, The bolt of a door, a bar.

بهيل भील bhīl S s. m. The name of a race of mountaineers.

بکهاري bakhārī H s. f. A storehouse, a granary.

بانان bāṅāṅ वाम S̱. adj. Left (hand). See بايان bāyāṅ.

بکنا biknā S̱. (from विक्रय Sale, or वि and r. क्री Buy) v. n. To be sold, to sell. بک جانا bik-jānā (met.) To be dependant on, to be obliged.
