A slave, a servant, bonds- man. بنده پرور banda-parwar, Cherisher of ser- vants (a respectful expression used in addressing a superiour; as, your honour!). بنده پروري ban- da-parwar-ī, s. f. Cherishing of servants. بندۀدرگاه banda-i-dargāh, The slave of (your) thresh- old. بنده زاده banda-zāda, Son of (your) slave, i. e. my son. بنده نواز banda-nawāz, Cherisher of servants or dependants, patron. (Pers. plur. بندگان or بندها).
