بٿهانا biṭhānā S̱. (caus. of بيٿهنا) v. a. To cause to sit down, to seat, to set, to settle.

بگاڙ bigāṛ H (from بگاڙنا) s. m. Violation, differ- ence, quarrelling, discord, misunderstanding; damage, injury. بگاڙکرنا bigāṛ karnā, v. a. To quarrel, to forfeit friendship. بگاڙپرآنا bigāṛ par ānā, v. n. To be ready to quarrel.

بلک balki P adv. see بلکه balki. ¶ buluk, s. A large prominent eye. ¶ bilak, s. A present, gift: fresh fruit or new dress, &c. with the sight of which one is pleased. ¶ bilik, s. Seizing any thing with the hand or claws. ¶ bilk, s. Fire or a spark of fire.

پهرا bharrā H s. m. A panick. فوج مين بهراپڙا fauj meṅ bharrā paṛā, The army was seized with a panick.

بودا bodā H adj. Weak, fainthearted, low-spirited.

برادرزاده birādar-zāda P s. m. A brotherʼs son, a nephew.

بدهي baddhī S̱. (बध्री or वर्द्घी) s. f. An orna- ment worn round the neck, hanging down to the waist and crossing behind and before; a belt, a sash, brace (of a carriage, &c.).

بروبر barobar P. adj. See برابر bar-ā-bar.

بهٿهيار bhaṭhiyārā S̱. (from भ्राष्ट़ An oven) s. m. A sutler, an innkeeper, one who prepares victuals for travellers in a سرا sarā. S̱. P. بهٿهيارخانه bhaṭhiyār-ḵẖāna, s. m. An inn, a caravansary, an eatinghouse. S̱.H. بهٿهيارپن bhaṭhiyār-pan, s. m. The business of a بهٿهيارا bhaṭhiyārā.
