اپرسن अप्रसन्न a-prasann S adj. Ungracious, unfavourable, displeased, dissatisfied, averse.

اشرف ashraf A adj. compar. (of شریف) More or most noble, most eminent. s. m. A gentleman, a person of noble birth, a nobleman. اشرف المخلوقات ashrafu-l-maḵẖlūḳāt, The most excel- lent of created beings; mankind. اشرف المکانات ashrafu-l-makānāt, The most eminent of places.

اوٿن auṭan H 1. verbal n. (from اوٿنا auṭnā) Boiling, evaporation by boiling. 2. s. m. A knife used for cutting tobacco.

اخیر aḵẖīr A adj. Last, final, latter. s. m. The end, accomplishment, completion.

آتشین ātash-īn P adj. Fiery, hot, irascible. آتشي شیشه ātash-ī shīsha, A burning glass. آتشین آب ātashīn āb, Wine. آتشین خو ātashīn-ḵẖo, adj. Fiery in disposition, irascible.

اکارتهہ akārath S̱. (perhaps, अकार्य्यता) adj. Unprofitable, fruitless, yielding no return, vain.

آسین आसीन āsīn S adj. Sitting, seated. S̱. اسینچا (अ and r. षिच Sprinkle) a-sīnchā, adj. Not watered, not irrigated (a field, &c.).

انوٿها anūṭhā S̱. (ان priv. and اٿها Risen) adj. Rare, wonderful, uncommon. (Generally applied to things and animals.) See انوکها.
