هوتا جاتا hotā jātā S̱. s. m. Coming and going. S̱. H. هوتا رهيگا hotā rahegā, An expression used in reply to terms of abuse; implying that "what "you have said of me is applicable to yourself." Mīr says:-- تويون گاليان غيرکوشوق سي دي همين کچهہ کہيگا توهوتا رهيگا Tū yoṅ gāliyāṅ g̠ẖair ko shauḳ se de; hameṅ kuchh kahegā to hotā rahegā, Give this abuse, if you please, to some other person; what you say of me will recoil on yourself.

هديانا hadiyānā H v. n. 1. To hesitate. 2. To be alarmed or apprehensive, to shrink.

هڙا haṛā H s. m. A skyrocket.

هرن haran S̱. or hiran (हरिण) s. m. A deer or antelope, hart.

هچکانا hichkānā H (causal of هچکنا) v. a. To jolt.

همراه ham-rāh P (هم and راه or ره Road) s. m. 1. A fellow-traveller. (Pers. plur. همرهان). 2. adv. With, together with, along with.

هتهرس hath-ras S̱. s. m. 1. Amorous dalliance, toying. 2. Self-pollution, onanism.

هڙکا huṛkā H s. m. Pining (particularly, applied to children separated from parents).

هڐا haḍḍā H s. m. A wasp.

هرت हरित् harit S adj. Verdant. S. هرتا हत्ती (r. हृ Take by force, steal) hartā, s. m. A thief, a stealer, a taker away.
