نرملتا निर्मलता nirmala-tā S s. f. Pureness, limpidness, pellucidness, cleanness, clearness, transparency.

نحوي naḥwī A (from نحو) adj. Grammatical.

ناصح nāṣiḥ A (part. act. of نصح Heb. and Aram. ) s. m. An adviser, a monitor, a sincere friend or counsellor. adj. Faithful, giving good counsel (a minister). ناصحا nāṣiḥ-ā, O adviser!

نقاش naḳḳāsh A (adj. superl. of نقش) s. m. A painter, drawer, draftsman, sculptor, statuary, carver, embroiderer, &c.

نيمي nem-ī नियमी S̱. adj. Conscientious, ab- stemious, continent, chaste.

نزول nuzūl A (inf. from نزل) s. m. 1. Descent, alighting, sojourning. 2. A cataract (in the eye). نزول آب nuzūl-i-āb, A swelling of the testicle, which (excepting the case of a blow, or of hernia) is universally ascribed to the descent of water: the term, therefore, comprehends hy- drocele, hernia humoralis, and scirrhus.
