نمش namsh P. (prop. نمشک) s. m. A kind of food or dish made of milk, whipt cream, a sort of syllabub.

نڙي naṛī S̱. s. (dakh.) A sort of fireworks, rockets without sticks which run upon the ground. (Qanoon-e-islam).

نرقل narḳal S̱. (corrupt. of نرکٿ narkaṭ, q. v.) s. m. A kind of reed of which mats are made.

نکر नक्र nakr S s. m. An alligator.

نہالي nihāl-ī P s. f. 1. A young plant. 2. A kind of quilt, small carpet, a cushion.

نحافت naḥāfat A s. f. Leanness, emaciation.

نخچير naḵẖchīr P s. m. The chase, game, prey, hunting. نخچير گاه naḵẖchīr-gāh, s. f. Place of hunting.

نيدنا nīd-nā S̱. v. n. To sleep.
