نرمل nir-mal S (निर्म्मल from निर् prep. and मल Filth) adj. Pure, limpid, clear, pel- lucid, transparent, spotless, clean.

Virtue, good fortune. نيک پاک nek-pāk, Virtuous. نيک تدبير nek-tadbīr, Good in counsel or management. نيک تن nek-tan, Sleek-skinned

نيابت niyābat A (from نوب) s. f. Deputation, vicegerency, lieutenancy, delegation, &c.

نباڙنا nibāṛnā S̱. v. a. 1. (निर्वाहण) To ac- complish, to perform, manage: see نباهنا ni- bāhnā. 2. (निर्व्वाण) To spend, to end. 3. To separate.

نيايک न्यायक nyāyak S s. m. A judge. नैयायिक naiyāyik, A reasoner, arguer, lo- gician, sophist.

نکهـ سکهـ nakh sikh S̱. From top to toe, or from the (toe) nails to the hair on the crown of the head.

نخشب naḵẖshab P n. prop. Name of a city in Turkistan, famous for the appearance of the moon which the impostor Muḳannaﻌ caused to ascend from a pit in its neighbourhood, during the space of two months.

نقاهت naḳāhat A (from نقه) s. f. 1. Recovering from disease, convalescence. 2. Imbecility, feebleness, languidness, languor.

نصايح naṣāʼịḥ A s. plur. (of نصيحت from نصح Heb. and Aram. ) Counsels, advices, ad- monitions.
