متردد mutaraddid A (part. act. V. of ردّ Heb. ) adj. 1. Rejected. 2. Adverse. 3. Wandering. 4. Irresolute, perplexed, ambitious, hesitating, wavering. S. متردروهي मित्रद्रोही (from मित्र Friend, and द्रोह Malice) mitr-drohī, s. m. A false friend, a treacherous friend.

مونڐها monḍhā H s. m. 1. The shoulder, a lump. 2. A stool, a footstool. See موڙها.

مجعد mujaﻌaﻌd A (part. pass. II. of جعد) adj. Curled (hair).

ماتها māthā S̱. s. m. 1. (मस्तक) The forehead. 2. Prow. 3. (मट्टक) The ridge of thatch. ماتها ٿهنکنا māthā ṭhanaknā (lit. Ringing or throbbing of the forehead) implies a presenti- ment of the conclusion, from certain marks ob- served in the commencement of an affair: and, it is generally understood to indicate an unfor- tunate termination. ماتها رگڙنا māthā ragaṛnā (lit. To rub the forehead, viz. on the ground) To implore humbly (of the Deity, a saint or a king). ماتهي پر چڙهنا māthe par chaṛhnā, v. a. To tyrannise, to oppress.
