مورني mornī S̱. s. f. 1. (मयूरी) A peahen. 2. (dakh.) An ornament worn on the ear or nose. (Qanoon-e-islam).

مرجهانا murjhānā S̱. (मूर्च्छन r. मुर्च्छ Faint) v. n. To wither, to fade, to pine, to droop, to be dejected or dispirited.

مرنا marnā S̱. (मरण r. मृ Die) v. n. 1. To die, to expire, to cease. 2. (met.) To desire vehe- mently, to set oneʼs heart upon any thing, to dote. s. m. Dying. H. S̱. مرنڐا کرنا muranḍā-karnā, v. a. To tie.

مفتن mufattin A (part. act. II. of فتن) adj. Trying, tempting, seducing, fascinating (with love). ¶ mufattan (part. pass.) adj. Tempted, tried, deprived of reason, insane.

معموري maﻌmūr-ī A. s. f. Cultivation, popula- tion, populousness; fulness, happiness.

مين meṅ S̱. (Sans. मध्ये) postpos. In, among, between, at. مين سي meṅ se, From within, out of. ¶ maiṅ (and, rarely, meṅ. Sans. अहं, मे &c.) pron. I. مين پنا main-panā, s. m. (dakh.) Egotism, arrogance. مين خوش ميرا خدا خوش maiṅ ḵẖụsh merā ḵẖudā ḵẖụsh, is used to express high satisfaction with any cir- cumstance or proposition. گر ناخوشي سي ميري هوتاهي جي تراخوش جس مين تري خوشي هو مين خوش مرا خدا خوش Gar nā-ḵẖụshī se merī hotā hai jī tirā ḵẖụsh; jis meṅ tirī ḵẖụshī ho maiṅ ḵẖu̇sh mirā ḵẖudā ḵẖụsh. If you are pleased with that which gives me pain; I am delighted and my God is pleased with whatever affords gratification to you.

مستظہر mustaz̤ʼhar A part. pass. (of ظہر) Aided, supported.

مساودت musāwadat A (inf. III. of سود) s. f. Con- tending for superiority or dominion.

مالامال māl-ā-māl P adj. Full, replete, brimful, abundant.
