موقوف mauḳūf A (part. pass. of وقف) adj. Stopped, settled, rested, bound, fixed or de- pendant (on), ceased, deferred, postponed, abolished, relinquished. موقوف کرنا mauḳūf kar- nā, To stop, cease, leave off, lay aside, abolish, abrogate, annul. موقوف هونا mauḳūf honā, To depend or rest (on), to be stopped, to cease.

مولود maulūd A (part. pass. of ولد) 1. adj. Born, generated; a son. 2. s. m. Poetry chanted before the bier of a deceased person when carried out, burial-service. A. H. مولودي maulūd-ī, A person who chants before the bier of a corpse.
