منجنا manjnā S̱. (intrans. of مانجنا q. v.) v. n. To be polished, to be cleaned, to be scoured.

مرثيه mars̤iya A (inf. of رثي) s. m. An elegy, a dirge, a funeral eulogium, particularly one sung during the muḥarram in commemoration of the descendants of Aﻌlī. مرثيه خوان mars̤iya- ḵẖẉān, A repeater of an elegy or of the mars̤iya. مرثيه خواني mars̤iya-ḵẖẉān-ī, Repeating, or singing an elegy or the mars̤iya.
