معموري maﻌmūr-ī A. s. f. Cultivation, popula- tion, populousness; fulness, happiness.

مدرسي mudarris-ī A. s. f. Office of professor, professorship, publick teaching.

متواضع mutawāẓiﻌ A part. act. (VI. of وضع Heb. ) Complimenting, humbling, complaisant. S̱. H. متوالا mat-wālā (Sans. मत्त Drunk, and Hind. والا) adj. Intoxicated, drunken, drunk.

ملحد mulḥid A (part. act. IV. of لحد) s. m. A heretick, unbeliever, one who denies the resur- rection, a deist, an apostate. (Arab. plur. ملحدين mulḥidīn).

منازل manāzil A s. plur. of منزل manzil, q. v.

مفت muft P adv. Gratuitously, gratis, for no- thing, acquired without cost or labour, given away without return or benefit. (substantively) What is useless or unprofitable. مفت بر muft- bar, Taking away for nothing or without making a return. مفت مين muft meṅ, Gratis, for nothing.
