مـﮩاکال महाकाल mahā-kāl S s. m. A name or rather a form of Siva, in his character of the destroying deity, being then represented of a black colour and of an aspect more or less ter- rifick. (Siva or Mahākāla may be considered as a personification of time that destroys all things).

مظلل muz̤allal A (part. pass. II. of ظلّ Heb. ) adj. Shaded (from the sun).

ميل mīl A s. m. A mile. ¶ mail, s. m. 1. In- clination, tendency, bent, bias, wish, desire. 2. Affection, regard, partiality, fondness, attach- ment, aptitude. ميل رکهنا mail rakhnā, To associate with. ميل کرنا mail karnā, To close in with.

محرميت maḥram-īyat A. s. f. The state of being admitted into a sacred place.

متمکن mutamakkin A (part. act. V. from مکن) adj. Powerful, prevalent, residing; (subst.) 1. An inhabitant. 2. s. m. A diptote or noun of two cases. (Gol.). A triptote or noun of three cases. (Ḳām.).

مال کنگني mālkangnī H s. f. Celastrus. (Staff- tree).

متمول mutamauwil A (part. act. V. from مول) adj. Rich, enriched, affluent.
