مرکونڐي murkūṅḍī H or muṛkūṅḍī (dakh. i. q. اوندهي منڐي) Head downwards, head reversed(?). مرکونڐي مارنا murkūṅḍī mārnā, v. (dakh.) To take to the bed, to be confined to bed or to be bedrid.

مندان mandāṅ H s. m. (dakh.) Flock (of cat- tle), swarm, bevy, herd, drove, class, covey, hatch (of chickens, &c. Harris).

مقلوب maḳlūb A (part. pass. of قلب) adj. Turned, inverted, converted. مقلوب مستوي maḳlūb-mustavī, A word or sentence which may be read backward or forward as درد dard (or in English madam), a palindrome.

مشخص mashaḵẖḵẖaṣ A (part. pass. II. of شخص) adj. Ascertained, defined, estimated, certain.

مسلک maslak A (noun of place of سلک) s. m. A way, path, track, an institution, regulation, rule of conduct.
