کرپا kirpā S̱. (कृपा kr̤ipā, r. कृप Shew com- passion) s. f. Favour, kindness, pity, compas- sion, mercy, affection, bounty. کرپا سنده kr̤ipā- sindhu, Ocean of grace or mercy. کرپا ناتهہ kr̤ipā-nāth, Lord of kindness or mercy. کرپا ندهان kr̤ipā-nidhān, Abode of mercy.

گهمانا ghumānā S̱. (caus. of گهومنا ghūmnā, q. v.) v. a. 1. To turn round, whirl round, wheel, roll, brandish, circulate, encircle. 2. To beguile, to delude. گهمانا پهرانا ghumānā phirānā, To pre- varicate.

گهاٴي ghāʼī H s. f. 1. Cudgelling. 2. Stratagem, fraud, a decoy. 3. Number five (in reckoning). 4. The interstice between the fingers or toes, the junction of the fingers, the space at the root where the fingers separate. 5. The angle formed by a branch with the trunk of a tree, or space at the root of the branch. 6. A cut or stroke with the broad sword or cudgel. (There are twelve cuts).

گذار guẕār P s. m. 1. A ferry, a passage. 2. part. (from گذاريدن) in compos. Passing, causing to pass. 3. Performing, executing, paying.

کهنکهارنا khankhārnā H v. n. To hem, to hawk, to expectorate.

کچکول kachkol P s. f. A cup or bowl (generally a beggarʼs), a wallet; a miscellany.

کڙي kaṛī H s. f. 1. A rafter, a beam. 2. A ring used to manacle or to fetter with.

کبريت kibrīt A s. m. Sulphur. (From Pers. گوگرد gogird: Gol.).

گهٿاونا ghaṭāwnā H (causal of گهٿنا) v. a. To re- duce, to cause to subside or fall.

کنکرول kankrol S̱. (Sans. कर्कोटक) s. m. A kind of gourd. (Momordica mixta: Roxb.).
