گهڙ ghuṛ S̱. (contract. of گهوڙا) s. m. A horse. گهڙچڙهہ ghuṛ-chaṛh, s. (dakh.) Riding on horse- back. گهڙ چڙها ghuṛ-chaṛhā, A horseman, trooper, one on horseback. گهڙچڙهي ghuṛ- chaṛhī, s. f. 1. A female on horseback. 2. Riding. گهڙ بہل ghuṛ-bahal, A four-wheeled carriage, for riding in, drawn by horses, a chariot. گهڙدوڙ ghuṛ-dauṛ (گهڙ as above, and دوڙ from द्रव Running) A race-course, horserace. گهڙ سار يا سال ghuṛ-sār or -sāl (from گهڙ and शाला House) s. m. A stable. گهڙمنہا ghuṛ- muṅh-ā, adj. Horse-faced.
