کسوت kiswat A (from کسا Heb. To cover, to clothe) s. f. 1. Dress, appearance, robe, habit. 2. (met.) Figure, form, manner.

کٿاريا kaṭār-iyā S̱. s. m. A kind of silk cloth with stripes in the form of daggers.

گرديده gardīda P part. pass. (of گرديدن) Turned, converted, estranged.

کسکانا khaskānā H or khiskānā (caus. of کهسکنا) v. a. To remove, to shove out of the way, to slide away, to draw back. H. S̱. کهسک جانا khisak jānā, v. n. To slip away, to steal away, to slide.

کهڙي کهڙي khaṛe khaṛe H adv. Soon, immediately, instantly, presently, quickly.

گوار guwār P (vulg. gawār) adj. 1. Palatable, digestible. 2. Agreeable, plea- sant. گوارا کرنا gawārā karnā, To bear, endure, submit to, to take (upon oneʼs self trouble, &c.).

کسوانا kaswānā S̱. (causal of کسنا) v. a. To cause to tighten, tie, bind, &c.

کنشت kunisht P (perhaps from Arab. کنيست which from Heb. Chald. To collect, to assemble) s. m. A christian church, a jewish synagogue, a temple of idola- ters.

کنجڙي kunjṛī H s. f. The female of کنجڙا kunjṛā, q. v.

گودهنا gūdhnā H (or gūndhnā) v. a. To knead (flour, &c.).
