گهاگهرا ghāghrā घर्घरा S̱. s. m. 1. A petti- coat. 2. Name of a river, Gogra or Ghogra. 3. Name of a plant. (Xanthium indicum: Kœn. M. S.).

کہ‍ار kahār कर्मकार S̱. s. m. A palanquin- bearer.

کوک kūk S̱. (r. कुज or कूज) s. f. Sobbing, crying. کوک مارنا kūk mārnā, To cry, to sob.

گجر gajar H s. m. The chimes rung at the ex- piration of a watch or pahar of the day or night; but sometimes restricted to those at the close of the fourth; the word pahar being more commonly used for the middle chimes. (Gilch.).
