گهيپنا ghepnā H v. a. To mix, to mingle, to unite into a paste (as, flour and water).

گهوپا ghopā H s. m. A cloth with a part folded like a sugar loaf to cover the head, worn over the body in cold or wet weather.

کلنج kulanj H adj. Cutting behind in walking (a horse).

کہرنا kaharnā H (prop. کراهنا) v. n. To groan.

کالکوٿ कालकूट kālkūṭ S s. m. A kind of poi- son, the poison of a snake.

کوتوال kotwāl P s. m. The chief officer of the po- lice for a city or town.

کهڙي khaṛī S̱. or kharī (miṭṭī) (खटिका) s. f. Chalk. (Pipe-clay?). رام کهڙي rām-khaṛī or کٿ کهڙي kaṭ-khaṛī, s. f. A species of steatites, with which children learn to write, and which is used in giving a polish to stucco.

گوال gwāl S̱. (गोपाल) s. m. A cowherd.

گهونٿي ghūnṭī H s. f. A medicine consisting of aloes, spices, and borax, given to new-born infants to clear out the meconium. (In urdū, گهٿي ghuṭṭī).
