کوکا kokā H s. m. 1. A fosterbrother, nurseʼs child. 2. A small nail, a tack. 3. A kind of lotus.

گهٿوار ghaṭwār S̱. (from s̱. گهاٿ) s. m. A wharfinger.

کشمش kishmish P s. f. Raisins, or rather cur- rants, small dried grapes without stones.

کهکورنا khikornā H v. a. (dakh.) To scrape.

کشيده kashīda P (from کشيدن) 1. part. pass. Drawn, extended, contracted, pulled in, borne, endured, having drawn or endured. 2. s. m. A kind of needlework. 3. adj. Sullen, superci- lious. کشيده خاطر kashīda-ḵẖāt̤ir, adj. Dis- pleased. کشيده قد kashīda-ḳadd, or کشيده قامت kashīda-ḳāmat, adj. Tall.

گہکنا gahaknā H v. n. To be agitated by in- toxication.

گنديري ganderī H s. f. A cut or portion of the sugar-cane. See گنڐيري ganḍerī.

گونا gaunā S̱. (from गमन) s. m. Bringing home a wife.

گانٿهہ gānṭh ग्रंथि S̱. s. f. 1. A knot; joint, an articulation. 2. A bundle. گانٿهہ پڙنا gānṭh paṛnā, is applied to the fixing of enmity towards any one in the breast. گانٿهہ دار gānṭh-dār, adj. Knotted. گانٿهہ کا پورا gānṭh kā pūrā, Rich, wealthy. گانٿهہ کا کهونا gānṭh kā khonā, To act to oneʼs own prejudice. گانٿهہ کهولنا gānṭh kholnā, 1. The untying of a knot. 2. Prodigality, ex- pense, to open the purse. 3. Removal of pre- judice. گانٿهہ گٿهيلا gānṭh-gaṭhīlā, Knotty (as, a stick), compact (as, a man).

گينجنا gīnjnā H v. n. To crumple.
