فرحت farḥat A s. f. Delight, pleasure, cheer- fulness, joy, amusement. فرحت آثار farḥat- ās̤ār, or فرحت اثر farḥat-as̤ar, adj. Pleasant, happy. فرحت اللقا farḥatu-l-liḳā, 1. Pleasant to look at. 2. The name of a kite, the Pondi- cherry eagle. (Falco ponticerianus). فرحت انجام farḥat-anjām, adj. Of happy issue, suc- cessful. P. فرخ farruḵẖ, adj. Happy, fortunate.

فضول faẓūl A or fuẓūl (from فضل) adj. Exube- rant, excessive, extravagant, redundant. فضول خرچ faẓūl-ḵẖarch, Extravagant, profuse, pro- digal. فضول گو faẓūl-go, 1. A prolix speaker, one who talks much, babbler, talkative. 2. A boaster, egotist.

فتاده fitāda P or futāda, part. pass. (contract. from افتادن) Fallen. See افتاده uftāda.

فاجره fājira A f. (part. act. of فجر) 1. sub. A fornicator, adulterer, adul- tress, sinner. 2. adj. Sinful, unchaste.
