فرزين farzīn P s. f. The queen at chess. فرزين بند farzīn-band, s. m. A term used at chess.

فشرده fushurda P part. pass. (of فشردن) Squeez- ed, pressed. فشرده جگر fushurda-jigar, Squeez- ed heart, afflicted.

فوايد fawāʼịd A s. m. plur. of فايده q. v.

فروش farosh P part. act. (of فروختن or فروشيدن) in compos. Selling, seller; as, حلوافروش ḥalwā- farosh, A seller of sweetmeats, &c. ميفروش mai-farosh, A seller of wine.

فطر fat̤r A (Heb. and Chald. To break, to split) s. m. Splitting, creating, commencing. ¶ fit̤r, Breaking a fast; the festival held on breaking Lent, which is also called عيد الفطر.
