Fasting, endurance of hunger. فاقه کهـينچنا fāḳa khainchnā, or فاقون مرنا fāḳoṅ marnā, v. n. To starve, to be famished, to die with hunger. فاقه مست fāḳa- mast, One who is starving but conceals his distress.

فضلا fuẓalā A s. plur. (of فاضل) The excellent, the learned.
