ستياناس सत्यानाश सत्या Veracity, sinceri- ty, and नाश Annihilation satyānās S. s. m. (A term of imprecation, signifying) Depravation, destruction. ستياناس جانا يا هونا satyānās-jānā, or -honā, To be the depravation, destruction, ruin, &c. (of any one or any thing), to be de- stroyed or ruined. ستياناس کرنا satyānās karnā, To make the ruin, destruction, or mischief (of any one or any thing).

سرکش sar-kash P adj. Rearing the head, dis- obedient, rebellious, mutinous, refractory, in- solent, licentious. (Pers. plur. سرکشان).

سنمان संमान sanmān S s. m. Respect, esteem, reverence, regard.

سرنا sarnā S̱. (शरण) s. f. An asylum, shel- ter, protection.
