راضي rāẓī A (part. act. of رضو Heb. ) adj. Satisfied, contented, agreed, pleased, willing, approving; approver. ¶ s. f. (dakh.) Good pleasure: see رضا raẓā. راضي برضا rāẓī-ba-riẓā, Resigned to the will of God. راضي نامه rāẓī- nāma, s. m. An acknowledgment of a cause being finally settled, given by the plaintiff: the defendant gives a صافي نامه ṣāfī-nāma, A ge- neral release. راضي کرنا rāẓī karnā, To content, satisfy, please, gratify. راضي هونا rāẓī honā, To consent, acquiesce, assent, accede, agree, be content, deign.

رشوت rishwat A s. f. A bribe. رشوت خور rish- wat-ḵẖor, One who takes bribes. رشوت خوري rishwat-ḵẖor-ī, s. f. The taking of bribes. رشوت دينا rishwat denā, To give a bribe, to bribe; bribery. رشوت کهانا rishwat khānā, To be bribed.

رفاهيت rafāhiyat A (from رفه To live com- fortably and at ease. Heb. To be at rest, to desist) s. f. Con- tent, affluence, enjoyment of life, repose, quiet, tranquillity.

رجني रजनी rajanī S s. f. Night.

رايا rāʼiyā राजिका S̱. s. m. A species of mustard with large seeds.

رنس rans रश्मि S̱. s. f. A ray, a sunbeam.

رولنا rolnā H v. a. 1. To roll, to plane, to polish, to smooth. 2. To select, to pick. Saudā says: که جسکي خاک سي ليتي تهي خلق موتي رول Kijisḳī ḵẖāk se letī thī ḵẖalḳ motī rol, From the earth of which people picked out pearls.

روانگي rawāna-gī A s. f. 1. Running, flowing. 2. Passing, travelling, going, departure.

راگي रागी rāg-ī S 1. s. m. A singer. 2. A lover. 3. adj. Passionate.

روان rawāṅ P (part. pres. of رفتن) 1. adj. Going, moving, flowing, running, fluent, current. 2. s. m. Text. 3. Reading. 4. Life, soul. روان کرنا rawāṅ karnā, v. a. 1. To set agoing. 2. To despatch, to forward, to send. 3. To make current.
