ڐهونڐهيا ḍhūnḍhiyā H s. m. Name of a kind of faḳīr of the sect of jain.

ڐٿا ḍaṭṭā H s. m. A plug, spigot, stopple, cork.

ڐهاپنا ḍhāpnā H v. a. (dakh.) See ڐهانپنا ḍhāmpnā.

ڐهکنا ḍhuknā H v. n. 1. To enter, to penetrate. 2. To take aim, to look, to have regard or incli- nation (to). 3. To sympathize.

ڐيڙه ḍeṛh H adj. One and half. ڐيڙه پاو ḍeṛh pāʼo, Three eighths. ڐيڙه پوا ḍeṛh pauwā, A weight, three eighths of a ser. ڐيڙه اينٿ کي مسجد جدي بناني ḍeṛh īnṭ kī masjid judī banānī (lit. to make a separate temple of a brick and a half) To withdraw, through pride, from the so- ciety of others. ڐيڙه بکاين ميان باغ مين ḍeṛh bakāyan miyāṅ bāg̠ẖ meṅ, lit. The gentleman is in his garden consisting of a tree and a half (and the bakāyan, Melia sempervirens, here mentioned, is a tree of no use or estimation) is applied to a person who assumes consequence without reason. H. S̱. ڐيڙه گت ḍeṛh-gat, s. f. A kind of dance.

ڐرپنا ḍarapnā S̱. (r. दृ) v. n. To fear, be fright- ened, dread.

ڐهوکا ḍhūkā H s. m. Tapping or shoving, by way of calling the attention of one spoken to. ڐهوکا دينا ḍhūkā denā, v. a. 1. To peep. 2. To tap.

ڐکارنا ḍakārnā H v. n. 1. To belch. 2. To bel- low, to low. ڐکار بيٿهنا يا جانا ḍakār-baiṭhnā or -jānā, v. n. To embezzle.

ڐهيڙهـ ḍhīṛh H s. m. 1. Pregnancy. 2. A large belly.

ڐومن پنا ḍoman-panā H s. m. The art or practice of a male or female of the ڐوم ḍom cast.
