دهولانا dhaul-ānā H v. a. To thump, to slap.

دوارابتي द्वारावती dwārābatī S s. f. Name of a Hindū holy place on the shore of the western sea, near the mouth of the gulf of Cutch. دوارکا ناتهـ द्वारिकानाथ dwārikā-nāth, Master of dwā- rikā, i. e. Kr̤ish̤ṇa.

دهوندها dhondhā H s. m. A small mound of earth; (met.) A potbelly, a large belly. (Sans. तुंद).

Privy council chamber, cabinet-council. ديوان خانه dīwān-ḵẖāna, 1. A tribunal, an office. 2. A court, hall, hall of audience. ديوان عام dīwān-i-āﻌm, Publick hall of audience. ديوان پن dīwān-pan, s. m. for ديوانه پن dīwāna-pan, q. v.

دلـﮩ‍ارا dal-hārā S. (from دال dāl) s. m. One whose business is to sell grain.

دوڙانا dauṛānā S̱. (caus. of دوڙنا) v. a. To cause to run or gallop, to run, to drive, to impel, to ac- tuate, to expedite, speed, despatch.
