دهيا dhiyā S̱. s. f. A daughter. S. دهيان ध्यान (r. ध्यै Think on) dhyān, s. m. Meditation, contemplation, reflection, thought, consideration, imagination, advertency. دهيان کرنا dhyān karnā, To advert, think, consider, reflect, observe, contemplate, meditate, attend.

درود گر darod-gar P or durod-gar (i. e. درود Wood, plank, and گر Maker) s. m. A carpenter.

دڙچنا daṛachnā H v. (dakh. i. q. دباکربهرنا) To fill having pressed down (?).

دوي dwai S̱. (Sans. द्वौ) adj. Two.

دوابه duʼāba P. or doʼāba (from دو Two, and آب Water) A country between two rivers; the country (we call the Doab) between the Gangā and Jamunā. See انتربيد antarbed.
