دلق dalḳ A s. m. A mendicantʼs habit, made of patches and shreds. دلق پوش dalḳ-posh, Rag- ged, clothed in rags.

دبانا dabānā H (caus. of دبنا) v. a. 1. To press down. 2. To snub, to chide, to keep under, to check, curb, restrain, repress, awe, depress, bow down, suppress. دبا لينا dabā lenā, To encroach upon. دبا مارنا dabā mārnā, 1. To overcome, to get the better of. 2. To crush to death. دباي ڐالنا dabāʼe ḍālnā, v. a. To keep concealed, to hide (generally, furtively).

To desire any thing exceedingly. 2. To hate. دانت سلسلانا dānt salsalānā (dakh.) To ache or pain the teeth. دانت کاٿي روٿي کهانا dānt kāṭī roṭī khānā, To be the most intimate friend of any one. دانت کٿکٿانا dānt kaṭkaṭānā, v. a.
