دت dut S̱. 1. (दूर) interj. Away! begone! avaunt! 2. or duti (द्युति) s. f. Splendour, light, beauty. 3. Spite, malice. دت دبک dut dabak, Reproof, reprimand.

دولها dūlhā H or دولهه dūlha, s. m. A bridegroom.

ديوي देवी devī S s. f. A goddess; a name very commonly applied to the goddess Durgā.

دوارابتي द्वारावती dwārābatī S s. f. Name of a Hindū holy place on the shore of the western sea, near the mouth of the gulf of Cutch. دوارکا ناتهـ द्वारिकानाथ dwārikā-nāth, Master of dwā- rikā, i. e. Kr̤ish̤ṇa.

دلدري dalidrī S̱. adj. See داردري dāridrī.

دلدل duldul A s. m. 1. A hedge-hog. 2. The name of Muhammadʼs mule or of the mule (or horse) of علي aﻌlī, son-in-law of Muhammad. 3. (met.) Fat.

دوشينه dosh-īna P adj. Of last night. s. A shoulderʼs load, what is carried on the shoulder.
