دگڙانا dagṛānā H v. a. To propel, to roll.

ديکهويا dekhwaiyā S̱. (from ديکهنا) s. m. Spectator, beholder, observer, viewer.

دلڙا du-laṛ-ā H 1. adj. Twofold, of two rows or strings. 2. s. m. A necklace of two rows or strings.

دخل daḵẖl A s. m. 1. Entrance, access; possi- bility. 2. Intrusion, interference, disturbance, molestation. 3. Produce, income. دخل پانا daḵẖl pānā, v. a. To have access. دخل کرنا daḵẖl karnā, v. a. To meddle, to intermeddle, to interfere, concern oneʼs self, intrude, to inter- rupt, to take possession, to enter, encroach.

دهتکارنا dhatkārnā H v. a. See دتکارنا.

دهاپ dhāp S̱. s. f. 1. A foot-measure. 2. As far as a man can run without taking breath. (Sans. धाव Running).

دهچکنا dhachaknā H v. n. To give way, to sink (as, a bog, slough, &c.).

دعوي daﻌwī A s. f. 1. A lawsuit. 2. Claim, pretension, plaint, ac- cusation, action at law. دعوي دار daﻌwạ̄ or daﻌwī-dār, A plaintiff, a claimant, pretender. دعويٰ کرنا daﻌwạ̄ karnā, To claim, make claim on, accuse. A. P. دعويداري daﻌwe-dār-ī, s. (dakh.) Interested or selfish motives, prejudice.

داير dāʼịr A part. act. (of دور Heb. ) Encir- cling. داير و ساير dāʼịr-o-sāʼịr, Going the circuit (judges, &c.), absolute, invested with autho- rity.
