خنجري ḵẖanjar-ī A. s. f. 1. A mode of printing, or staining silk (gulbadan). 2. A small tam- bourin.

خاطر ḵẖāt̤ir A (from خطر) s. f. (dakh. s. m.) The heart, soul, mind, inclination, memory, propensity, account, sake, behalf, will, choice. خاطر آزرده ḵẖāt̤ir-āzurda, adj. Melancholy, dejected, sad. خاطر آشفته ḵẖāt̤ir-āshufta, adj. Distressed, dispirited, agitated. خاطر بسته ḵẖātir-basta, Dis- tressed in mind, oppressed in spirit. خاطر پريشان ḵẖāṭir-pareshān, adj.
