حصر ḥaṣr A (Heb. ) s. m. 1. A siege, block- ade. 2. Reckoning, counting, number.

حشر ḥashr A (Heb. ) s. f. 1. A meeting, congregation, concourse. 2. The resurrection. يوم الحشر yaumu-l-ḥashr, Day of resurrection. حشرخرام ḥashr-ḵẖirām, See محشرخرام under محشر maḥshar.

حادق ḥādiḳ A (from حدق) adj. Ingenious, skil- ful, industrious, adept.

حواري ḥawārī A (from حار Heb. and Ch. ) s. m. 1. Having a white skin. 2. A washerman, a fuller. 3. A friend, a companion. 4. An apostle, a disciple or apostle (of Jesus Christ), a friend, associate, companion (of Muhammad).

حرکتي ḥarakat-ī A. s. m. An interrupter.

Collec- tions or duties of a market. حاصل ضرب ḥāsil- i-ẓarb, The product of multiplication. حاصل کرنا ḥāsil karnā, 1. To acquire, to get, to obtain, to accomplish. 2. To gain. 3. To produce. 4. To collect. 5. To learn. حاصل کلام ḥāṣil- i-kalām, In short, briefly. حاصل هونا ḥāṣil honā, To be acquired, or obtained, to result, to accrue.

حنجره ḥanjara A vulg. ḥinjara, s. m. The throat.
