چهڙکوانا chhiṛakwānā H (caus. of چهڙکنا) v. a. To cause another to sprinkle.

چوپا chau-pā S̱. adj. Four-footed. See چوپايه.

چول chūl H s. f. 1. A tenon, the part of joinerʼs work which fits into another (as, a dove-tail). 2. A pivot upon which a door turns (as on a hinge). 3. An axle-tree-arm. چولين اکهڙنا يا ڐهيلي هونا chūleṅ-ukhaṛnā or -ḍhīlī honā, To be tired, worn out with labour.

چنپا champā चंपक S̱. s. m. The name of a flower-tree. See چنپک. (Michelia cham- paca). چنپاکلي champā-kalī, s. f. A necklace, each piece of which resembles the unblown flowers of the champā. چنپا کيلا champā-kelā, A kind of plantain. H.S̱. چنپت هونا champat honā, v. n. See چمپت هونا champat honā.

چٿاک chaṭāk H 1. s. f. A crash, an explosion. 2. adj. Intelligent.

چوندهي chondhī H s. f. Dimness, dulness of sight.

چمبک चुम्बक chumbak S s. m. 1. A load- stone. 2. Extract (from a book, &c.).

چولاٴي chaulāʼī H s. f. A kind of vegetable. (Amaranthus polygamus). S̱. H. چولڙا chau-laṛ-ā, s. m. A necklace of four strings. S̱. H. چولڙي chau-laṛ-ī, s. f. A necklace of four strings.

چونري chauṅrī S̱. (चमर or चामर) s. f. An instrument for driving away flies, a fly-flapper. See چنور chaṅwar.

چدانا chudānā H (trans. of چدنا chudnā) v. a. Viri amplexibus se submittere (mulier).
