ابطل abt̤al A adj. compar. (of باطل) More, or most vain or fruitless.

حيطه ḥīt̤a A s. m. A court, a place, an enclo- sure.

خريطه ḵẖarīt̤a A s. m. A purse, packet, bag, mail. (Letters are sent in India enclosed in bags, diversified according to the quality of the person to whom sent, being more or less rich or embroidered agreeable to their rank). Met. A letter.

خطر ḵẖat̤ar A s. m. 1. Recollection, coming into the mind, thought, remembrance. 2. Danger, risk, fortune. خطرناک ḵẖat̤ar-nāk, adj. Fright- ful, dangerous, hazardous. خطرناکي ḵẖat̤ar- nāk-ī, s. f. Dangerousness. (Plur. خطرات).

خطه ḵẖit̤t̤a A s. m. A region, country, territory, district.

خلطه ḵẖilt̤a A s. m. Conviviality, enjoyment of society and the pleasures of life. ¶ ḵẖult̤a, As- sociation, sociableness, intimacy, familiarity.

خليطه ḵẖalīt̤a A. s. m. Corrupt. of خريطه q. v. خليطه طوفان ḵẖalīta-e-t̤ūfān, An exciter of distur- bance, calumniator, wicked person.

رابطه rābit̤a A (part. act. from ربط rabt̤, q. v.) s. m. Whatever serves to bind one thing to another, bond, connexion.
