پانو pāṅw S̱. (Sans. पाद Pers. پا) s. m. Leg, foot. پانواترنا pāṅw-utarnā, To be dislocated (the foot). پانواٿهاناياچلاتا pāṅw-uṭhānā or -chalānā, To go quickly. پانواڙانا pāṅw-uṛānā, To in- terfere unprofitably in any oneʼs affairs. پانوبڙهانا pāṅw baṛhānā, 1. To take the lead among oneʼs equals. 2. To desist from oneʼs former courses. پانوبهرجانا pāṅw bhar jānā, Numbness of the feet, sleeping of the feet. پانوپانو pāṅw pāṅw, or پانون پانون pāṅoṅ pāṅoṅ, adj. A foot. پانوپرپانورکهنا pāṅw par pāṅw rakhnā, 1. To imitate or adopt the conduct of another, to walk in the steps of another. 2. To sit at ease, to sit cross legged. پانوپڙنا pāṅw paṛnā, To entreat submissively. پانوپکڙنا pāṅw pa- kaṛnā, 1. To beseech submissively. 2. To prevent one from going. پانوپوجنا pāṅw pūjnā, 1. To honour another. 2. To avoid another.
