ناخن nāḵẖun P (Sans. नख) s. m. Nail (of the finger, toe, &c.) talon, claw. ناخن گير يا تراش nāḵẖūn-gīr, or -tarāsh, s. m. An instrument for paring the nails with. ناخن لينا nāḵẖun lenā, 1. To pare the nails. 2. To trip or stum- ble (a horse).

ناخنه nāḵẖun-a P s. m. 1. An instrument used to strike the strings of a guitar, &c. with, a plectrum. 2. A haw or web in the eye. (Unguis).
