بهونکنا bhonknā H v. a. To thrust, to drive (as a nail).

بهونکڙا bhonkṛā H adj. Very fat.

جهانکا جهونکي jhānkā jhonkī H s. f. Peeping, bo- peep.

جهونک jhonk H s. f. 1. A shove or push in swinging. 2. The impulse of a squall or sudden blast of wind. جهونک دينا jhonk denā, 1. To set fire to (particularly, straw, &c.). 2. To throw dust, &c. 3. To throw away (the lives of men uselessly). جهونک کهانا jhonk khānā, To roll.

جهونکنا jhonknā H v. a. To cast, to push, to throw, to toss; to cast fuel into (an oven).

هونکنا honknā H or hūnknā or haunknā, v. n. To pant, to puff and blow.

پهونک phonk H 1. s. f. The notch of an ar- row. 2. adj. Hollow, not solid (particularly, jewels).

ٿهونکنا ṭhonknā H v. a. 1. To knock, to ham- mer. 2. To drive (as, a stake). 3. To thrust with the finger, to fillip, to drive, to beat, to tap, to thump. ٿهونک دينا ṭhonk denā, To ham- mer or drive down, to knock. پيٿهـ ٿهونکني pīṭh ṭhonknī, To pat on the back.

چهونک chhonk H (from چهونکنا) s. f. Seasoning, relish.

چهونکن chhonkan H s. m. Spices with which food is seasoned.

چونکنا chonknā H v. a. To prick, pierce.

کهونکهنا khonkhnā S̱. (Sans. खक्खन) v. n. To cough.

کهونکهي khonkhī S̱. s. f. A cough.
