اوتاد autād A s. plur. (of وتد) Pegs; nobles chiefs.

اوترنا autarnā S. or avatarnā (from अवतार) v. n. To descend (as an incarnation of the Deity, &c.) on earth.

سوتن sautan सपत्नी S̱. s. f. See سوت saut.

سوتيا ڐاه sautiyā-ḍāh S̱. or -dāh (from सपत्नी A rival wife, and दाह Burning) s. f. Malice of a rival wife.

سوتيلا saut-elā S̱. (from سوت) adj. Belonging or relating to saut, of one father by different mo- thers; as, سوتيلا بهاٴي sautelā bhāʼī, Step-brother; سوتيلي بہن sautelī bahin, Step-sister.

صوت ṣaut A s. f. Sound, voice, clamour, noise, calling for help, shout, shriek of distress.

فوت faut A s. f. Death, failure, omission. فوت هونا faut honā, 1. To die. 2. To be interred.
