بريٿهن bareṭhan H s. f. A washerwoman.

بيٿهن beṭhan वेष्टन S̱. s. m. The envelope, in which cloth purchased is folded up, to which the purchaser is entitled; packcloth, wrapper.

جهونٿهن جهانٿهن jhūnṭhan jhānṭhan H s. m. Leavings. (See جهوٿها jhūṭhā).

سيٿهن seṭhan H s. A whisk, a kind of brush.

ٿهناک ṭhanāk H s. A jingle, tinkle, clink.

ٿهنٿهنانا ṭhanṭhanānā H v. n. To jingle, to rattle.

ٿهنڐ ṭhanḍ H s. f. Coldness, cold, a cold.

ٿهنڐا ṭhanḍ-ā H adj. Cold. ٿهنڐا پڙنا ṭhanḍā paṛnā, To abate (anger, virility, or wantonness). ٿهنڐا کرنا ṭhanḍā karnā, v. a. 1. To make cold, cool. 2. To extinguish. 3. To comfort, to assuage, to pacify, appease. ٿهنڐا هونا ṭhanḍā honā, 1. To become cold, to cool. 2. To be extinguished. 3. To be comforted or pacified. 4. To rest. 5. To lose virility. کليجا ٿهنڐا هونا kalejā ṭhanḍā honā, 1. To be pleased, to be happy (by seeing a friend, son, &c.). 2. To have oneʼs revenge gratified.

ٿهنڐاٴي ṭhanḍā-ī H s. f. 1. Refrigerant medicine. 2. The intoxicating drug made of bhang.

ٿهنڐها ṭhanḍhā H adj. See ٿهنڐا ṭhanḍā.

ٿهنڐي ṭhanḍ-ī H adj. f. Cold. ٿهنڐي سانس بهرني ṭhanḍī sāṅs bharnī, To sigh.

ٿهنڐک ṭhanḍ-ak H s. f. Coldness.

کٿهندر kaṭhandar S̱. (काष्ठोदर from काष्ठ Wood, and उदर Belly; the belly being as hard as wood) s. m. Wind dropsy, tympany.
